YF Life Strategic Outlook for 2024H2

July 5, 2024

YF Life held its sales conference at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, joined by agency managers, consultants and employees from Hong Kong and Macau to stay abreast of the business development strategies for the second half of 2024.

Mr. David Yu, Chairman of YF Life, said, “We will continue to face both challenges and opportunities. As we move forward through “Transform.Outperform.Lead”, we will continue to strengthen our competitiveness in brand building, products development, operations and technology. In addition to gaining a further foothold in the Hong Kong and Macau markets, the burgeoning “Mainland Chinese Visitors” (MCV) segment is also our core strategic focus going forward. Recognizing our agency force as the cornerstone of our competitive strength and development, we will allocate additional resources to groom high-performing consultants. Attracting exceptional talents will help accelerate business growth and enhance our market standing.”

During the conference, various department heads presented strategies covering product development, operations, branding, recruitment, and business development, to create momentum in business growth for 2024H2, which received overwhelming response. In addition, a series of incentives and rewards were introduced. The conference was a great success topped off with the announcement of Sydney and Gold Coast in Australia being the overseas convention destination for 2026.
